at Under Grain

Under Grain invites you to gather with close friends or family and experience a unique lunch in our intimate Michelin-star restaurant, set within the five-star boutique Rosselli AX Privilege in the heart of Valletta.

For two weekends, starting from Friday 14 May, Under Grain will break from tradition and serve lunch instead of dinner where each dish is set to be a tour de force of distinctive flavour, texture, taste, aroma and art, paired with the finest selection of world wines.

Chef Borg will present you an A La Carte Menu, priced at €65 per person for two courses, or €80 per person for three courses. Because Under Grain has a passion for revolving menus using only the freshest hand-picked seasonal produce and premium quality ingredients, you can expect a true masterpiece of a menu.

Under Grain has built up a celebrated reputation for its bold cooking techniques and you’ll experience the full repertoire of Executive Chef Victor Borg’s signature creations over a languid lunch. Part of this unique experience is the restaurant’s Carving Trolley service. As the centrepiece of your main meal, the Michelin-starred team will expertly carve and plate a perfectly prepared joint at your table.

While some might distaste Malta’s 5pm dining curfew, others will relish the opportunity to enjoy world-class cuisine at an earlier hour, either as indulgent treat or as part of a special occasion.
