Under Grain and Grain Street Honoured with MICHELIN Plaques

For the third consecutive year, the Grain team celebrated the placement of TWO important plaques at Rosselli- AX Privilege. These accolades follow the announcement of the latest results from the renowned culinary guide – MICHELIN. Under Grain proudly retained its Michelin star for the fifth consecutive year, while its sister restaurant, Grain Street, earned a spot on the Bib Gourmand list for the third year.

Hon. Clayton Bartolo, the Minister for Tourism in Malta, and Mr Carlo Micallef, CEO for the Malta Tourism Authority, presented the awards to the Grain team; Executive Sous Chef Brady Dalli, Restaurant Manager Andre Pici, Rosselli General Manager Kevin Callus, Hotel Manager Fabian Sant Fournier and AX Group Chief Operations Officer Nicky Camilleri.

Continuing to uphold their culinary excellence and innovation, both restaurants, set within Rosselli – AX Privilege received recognition from MICHELIN for multiple consecutive years. “We’re sincerely grateful to our loyal customers for their continued patronage, our dedicated Grain team for maintaining consistent excellence, and the MICHELIN judges for recognizing the high standards of service, cuisine, and atmosphere at our Grain restaurants,” said Executive Chef Victor Borg, reflecting on the achievement.

Last year brought a range of activities to both Under Grain and Grain Street. Guests enjoyed tantalizing updates to our menus, indulged in wine and dining events and enjoyed different experiences thanks to our knowledgeable sommelier.
