The Grain team is excited to announce that our very own Executive Chef, Victor Borg, will be returning to the MasterChef Malta judging panel for the second consecutive year. Following his valuable contributions as a judge in the show’s first season, Chef Victor is once again ready to bring his expertise, passion, and unparalleled culinary skills to a national audience.

MasterChef, a celebrated cooking competition that has captivated viewers around the globe, returns to Malta for another season to discover and nurture the next generation of culinary talent. The show challenges contestants through various real-life cooking scenarios, providing an opportunity for aspiring chefs to showcase their abilities and creativity. As a judge, Chef Victor will continue evaluating the contestants’ dishes, mentoring them, and sharing his invaluable insights from a distinguished international career.

Victor Borg, who has led Under Grain to Michelin-star success, brings a wealth of experience to the judging panel, having trained under celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and worked in some of Europe’s most prestigious kitchens. With a career that spans multiple countries and awards, Chef Victor is well-positioned to inspire and challenge the contestants of MasterChef Malta once again.
