An eagerly awaited charitable culinary event awaits Under Grain on Monday, March 24th as Dine with the Stars 2025 brings together Malta’s finest chefs for a degustation dinner in support of charity.
Under Grain’s Chef and newly appointed AX Privilege Culinary Director, Victor Borg, will join forces with six fellow Michelin-starred chefs, each presenting a tantalising dish crafted with the finest ingredients and skills. Representing Under Grain’s commitment to innovation and excellence, Chef Victor Borg will serve a Mimolette & candied walnut beignet, complemented by a dill, pear & raisin condiment.


More than just a gastronomic experience, ‘Dine with the Stars’ offers attendees the chance to support a meaningful cause while celebrating the artistry and creativity of Malta’s Michelin-starred restaurants. All proceeds from the event will be donated to The Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation, making this extraordinary evening a celebration of both fine dining and philanthropy.
