Like a tailor, the chef is skilful with his hands, and his artistry is reflected in the finished product. When cutting fabric, a tailor cuts along the grain to make sure the material does not fray. The chef works with grain to produce dishes that are wholesome. The analogies don’t stop here. Both crafts need skill, the best possible materials to make sure the end result is of the highest quality, while attention to detail in each craft is crucial. Our Grain concept is divided into three distinct brands, each unique and offering something for every gourmand.
