Dare to venture into the unknown? The Grain team is pleased to announce an event that is fitted with a new concept titled ‘Light Out, Flavours In’. A special 3-course menu will be devised by Executive Chef Victor Borg and served to our guests in the MICHELIN-Star awarded restaurant, Under Grain. A blindfold mask will be provided to wear and challenge the knowledge of the senses between each course.
In addition, with each course, different glasses of wine will be served for a complete flavourful experience. A complimentary pre-arranged taxi on arrival is also included for our guests to enjoy a ride to our establishment, and afterwards get to enjoy the beauty of Valletta.
