Join us on the 14th of September for a ‘See & Savour’ food tasting event, which will take place at Rosselli’s rooftop seafood lounge – Over Grain.
‘See & Savour’ was devised by the team at Grain as a special twist from the popular series of events, Sip & Savour. The aim is for our guests to have an all-round experience in tasting the bold flavours of the sea, packed in a single menu. The menu is comprised of seafood and shellfish to share, where each delicate bite can be paired with artisanal cocktails and the finest of wines. Central to this new concept are the elegant, timeless views of Valletta that can be admired as soon as you are seated or whilst savouring our fresh culinary offerings. Beyond the timeless architectural views lies the calm sea across the horizon where our guests can ‘See & Savour’ at the same time.
The emphasis will be put on collective experiences where each moment of the evening can be shared with a group of friends, a loved one or family members. The live music performance present at the event will amplify each shared moment as you watch the tones of the hour transition from gold to blue.
