Join us on May 10th for the sixth edition of The Sip & Savour Series at Grain Street, our Mediterranean-inspired bistro with a Bib Gourmand distinction.

This time, we’re shaking things up and bringing a playful twist to the evening with our Pasta & Magnums theme. It’s all about the shared experience as you dive into three divine pasta dishes, all expertly crafted from scratch by our award-winning Executive Chef Victor Borg and his masterful kitchen brigade. Accompanying these culinary delights will be a selection of fine vino served in oversized Magnum bottles, courtesy of our sponsor Charles and Grech, all carefully chosen to perfectly complement our pasta creations. It’s sure to be a match made in culinary heaven.

As the sun sets over the capital, enjoy the convivial and inviting atmosphere of our al fresco terrace on iconic Merchants Street, or escape into the chic interiors of our street-level restaurant. For a more intimate affair, our private room is available for groups of up to 12. Head sommelier, Maurizio Severgnini, will guide you through the wine experience, from the first sip to the last. As you mingle with other diners, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about wine, food, and, of course, spark new conversations.
