We’re proud to present our fourth edition of the Sip & Savour Series, happening on Tuesday 29th November 2022 at our One MICHELIN Star restaurant Under Grain, in collaboration with Charles Grech. This series is part of our culinary calendar which we’re peppering with various exclusive gourmet events which will see our accomplished kitchen brigade collaborate with various spirits importers and connoisseurs to create unique, singular and stellar dining experiences par excellence.

No two events are the same. During each experience, the chosen seasonal spirit, cocktail or alcoholic beverage of the evening will be paired with the MICHELIN-awarded service and cuisine finessed by Executive Chef Victor Borg for one night only.

Our upcoming evening will give you a chance to experience our tailored dining experience at One MICHELIN Star Under Grain paired with the expertise by Export Manager Mr Arnaud Trouvé who will be presenting the wine from Devillarde Family throughout the evening.

Indulge in a spectacular evening featuring Chateau de Chamirey and Domaine des Perdrix fine wines paired with a stellar six-course tasting menu finessed by our very own Executive Chef Victor Borg.
