A much-expected charitable event awaits Under Grain this 28th February. ‘Dine with the Stars’ a first for Malta event, will feature a 5-course dinner prepared by Malta’s finest chefs, all in the name of charity.
The event will see Under Grain’s Chef Victor Borg collaborate with five fellow One MICHELIN Star Maltese Chefs, each of them presenting one tantalizing dish using mainly locally sourced ingredients of the island. Chef Victor Borg will be serving a curated Roasted Monkfish, ‘Textures & Temperatures’ of Cauliflower, Curry Caper Sauce dish, which will be paired with an exquisite Artisti per Frescobaldi Montesoldi 2011 wine, courtesy of Charles Grech. To finalize the evening, guests will enjoy a drink with Borg.
‘Dine with the Stars’ will provide attendees with the unique opportunity to advocate for a cause while appreciating the talent and creativity of each Maltese Michelin-starred restaurant. All events’ funds will be sent to a charity initiative to aid the Malta Community Chest Fund.
